About the role
You will look after the technology that runs Research and Metric: our cloud servers, our DATAVICS platform and our Reward Hours and HealthChorus panel websites. You will keep everything secure, fast and backed up, and help our developers ship new features.
What you will do
- Manage our Linux cloud servers, backups, SSL certificates and email deliverability
- Keep systems secure in line with ISO 27001 practices and data protection laws
- Support development of DATAVICS and our panel websites in PHP, MySQL and Python
- Manage user access, devices and day-to-day IT support for the team
- Monitor uptime and performance, and fix issues quickly
What you bring
- 5 or more years in IT or systems administration, including Linux servers
- Hands-on experience with PHP, MySQL and Python
- Experience with cloud hosting, DNS and email systems
- A security-first mindset and good documentation habits
- Based in Bengaluru
