About the role
You will recruit consumers, professionals and healthcare participants in Latin America for our qualitative and quantitative studies. You work flexible hours from home, on a part-time or freelance basis, with a Research and Metric project manager guiding each study.
What you will do
- Find participants through databases, referrals, social media and community networks
- Screen participants by phone or video against the study screener
- Schedule interviews and focus groups, and send reminders so people show up
- Check identity and qualifications before each session
- Report daily progress and any issues to the project manager
What you bring
- Experience recruiting for market research, UX research or a similar field
- Confidence speaking with people by phone and video
- Careful record keeping and respect for participant privacy
- Your own computer and a reliable internet connection
- Based in Latin America, with fluent Spanish or Portuguese and good working English
